The Basin Street Dixieland Band out of Orlando Fl, mixes the the tradition of performing classic Traditional Dixieland Jazz along with Funky Second Line Tunes. This completely mobile group is ideal for parading guests from one location to another for conventions or wedding receptions.
The Basin Street Dixieland Band can also perform as a stationery group with complete sound system and lighting. On many occasions, the band will parade guests from a cocktail reception in to the main ballroom, where the band has their complete sound system and stage lighting set up. This allows the guests to enjoy not only Dixieland Jazz music, but as the evening goes on, the band transitions into other styles of music, as the guests pack the dance floor.
